Submit a Dispute

If you have a dispute with a Nevada casino, and can not work it out through the chain of command, I would recommend seeking justice through the Nevada Gaming Control Board. The phone numbers for Gaming are:

After calling, Gaming will send an agent almost immediately, and may be able to resolve the conflict on the spot. If things still don’t go your way, you can seek justice by going through their judicial process.

If the dispute is over $500 the casino is supposed to call Gaming themselves, but probably will not (Nevada Revised Statute 463.362.2a). The penalty for not doing so is supposed to be not less than $25,000 (Nevada Revised Statute 463.310.4d1). Be sure to mention this violation, if it exists, when making the complaint. You may be able to use the violation as a bargaining chip.
