Submit a Dispute

I welcome Nevada players to submit disputes to me if they meet the following pre-conditions.

1. The dispute occurred on or after January 1, 2008.
2. The dispute is over a bet. Not a promotion, comp, or anything not gambling related.
3. You already contacted the Nevada Gaming Control Board.

After calling, Gaming will send an agent almost immediately, and may be able to resolve the conflict on the spot. If things still don’t go your way, you can seek justice by going through their judicial process.

If the dispute is over $500 the casino is supposed to call Gaming themselves, but probably will not (Nevada Revised Statute 463.362.2a). The penalty for not doing so is supposed to be not less than $25,000 (Nevada Revised Statute 463.310.4d1). Be sure to mention this violation, if it exists, when making the complaint. You may be able to use the violation as a bargaining chip.
