Stratosphere Dispute Resolved

The dispute between the Stratosphere and myself has been resolved. Per conditions of the release, the only statement I may make about it is as follows:

On May 22, 2008, the Stratosphere Casino & Hotel and Michael Shackleford mutually resolved all claims that were outstanding in the complaint before the State of Nevada Gaming Control Board. The Stratosphere honored Mr. Shackleford's wager and both Stratosphere and Mr. Shackleford are pleased with the outcome.
